DeepInfra raises $107M Series B to scale the inference cloud — read the announcement

DeepInfra is proud to be a member of the NVIDIA Inception program. We started as a startup in 2022, and we know how much the right support matters early on: compute you can afford, tools that just work, and people in your corner.
NVIDIA Inception is a free program designed to help startups accelerate innovation and growth. Members get access to the latest developer resources and training, exclusive pricing on NVIDIA hardware and software, and exposure to the venture capital community. It's been a great community to be part of.
Now we want to pay that support forward. DeepInfra's serverless inference platform, accelerated by NVIDIA, is now available to NVIDIA Inception members through an exclusive offer that helps startups build and scale faster: 10 billion free tokens for NVIDIA Nemotron models, about $1,000 of inference.
Claim the offer at deepinfra.com/nvidia-inception. You can also find it in the NVIDIA Inception member portal's benefits catalog.
Supporting startups is core to who we are. That's why we built DeepStart, our program for early-stage AI companies, and why we're expanding it today. Approved startups now get roughly 50 billion free tokens (about $1,000 at DeepSeek V4 Flash prices). That's 50x the 1 billion tokens the program offered before. You can use them on any of the 200+ models DeepInfra hosts, and they're valid for one year after approval.
NVIDIA Inception members get both benefits with a single application. When you claim the NVIDIA Inception offer at deepinfra.com/nvidia-inception, we verify your membership automatically and add your DeepStart credits too. There's no separate DeepStart application. NVIDIA Inception credits go to NVIDIA Nemotron models, and DeepStart credits cover everything else.
"AI startups are moving from prototype to production faster than ever, and infrastructure can quickly become the constraint. We want teams to be able to focus on building products instead of managing infrastructure. By expanding DeepStart and working with NVIDIA Inception, we're giving more companies the capacity to test, build and scale on the same infrastructure they can use in production." — Nikola Borisov, co-founder and CEO, DeepInfra
We're grateful to NVIDIA for the support we've received along the way, from early access to new NVIDIA Nemotron models, which we've served on DeepInfra from day zero of their release, to direct help from NVIDIA engineers as we built our inference stack on TensorRT-LLM, vLLM, SGLang and NVIDIA Dynamo. Supporting fellow NVIDIA Inception members is our way of giving back, and we can't wait to see what they build.

Inference Economics: True AI Costs at Scale
Most teams discover their inference economics the same way: a production bill arrives that looks nothing like the number they expected. The per-token price seemed small enough during testing. Then real traffic showed up, agents started chaining calls, RAG pipelines bloated the context window, and suddenly the math looked completely different. Token prices have fallen […]

Qwen3.5 397B A17B API Benchmarks: Latency, Throughput & Cost
About Qwen3.5 397B A17B Qwen3.5 397B A17B is Alibaba Cloud’s largest and most capable multimodal foundation model, released in February 2026. It features a hybrid Mixture-of-Experts (MoE) architecture with 397 billion total parameters and 17 billion active parameters per inference pass, utilizing 512 experts with a routing mechanism selecting a subset per token. This sparse […]

DeepSeek V4 Pro (Max) API Benchmarks: Latency, Throughput & Cost Analysis
About DeepSeek V4 Pro DeepSeek V4 Pro is a Mixture-of-Experts (MoE) language model with 1.6 trillion total parameters and 49 billion activated parameters, supporting a 1 million token context window. Designed for advanced reasoning, coding, and long-horizon agent workflows, it represents the fourth generation of DeepSeek’s flagship open-weight models. The model introduces a hybrid attention […]
