The Dolphin 2.6 Mixtral 8x7b model is a finetuned version of the Mixtral-8x7b model, trained on a variety of data including coding data, for 3 days on 4 A100 GPUs. It is uncensored and requires trust_remote_code. The model is very obedient and good at coding, but not DPO tuned. The dataset has been filtered for alignment and bias. The model is compliant with user requests and can be used for various purposes such as generating code or engaging in general chat.

DeepSeek-OCR as an initial investigation into the feasibility of compressing long contexts via optical 2D mapping. DeepSeek-OCR consists of two components: DeepEncoder and DeepSeek3B-MoE-A570M as the decoder. Specifically, DeepEncoder serves as the core engine, designed to maintain low activations under high-resolution input while achieving high compression ratios to ensure an optimal and manageable number of vision tokens. The longer the conversation gets, the more time it takes the model to generate the response. The number of messages that you can have in a conversation is limited by the context size of a model. Larger models also usually take more time to respond.
